In many conservative societies, girls are denied the right to basic education. Boys on the other hand are encouraged to study so that they can earn well and support the family. To change this mindset, we launched Mission One Million Girls.
Under this mission we plan to train 1,000,000 girls by the year 2020. After Malala Yousafzai was shot by extremists, we have intensified our work and conducted many training sessions for girls that have migrated from Pakistan and Afghanistan and settled in the Middle East.
We now plan to take this mission to Africa
